What is CPR?

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a lifesaving emergency procedure that combines chest compressions with rescue breathing to maintain blood flow and oxygen circulation when someone has stopped breathing or is in cardiac arrest.

What can I expect from the First Aid and CPR Classes?
